What is the hottest sauce?

Over the years I have become more and more addicted to hot sauce. It all started at the legendary ‘Plaza’ cafe in Manchester where the menu consisted of mild, medium, hot, killer, suicide, ‘Charlie’s special’, crematorium and finally, goodby; I have seen grown men cry with the very thought of a mere ‘special’.

Since then I moved through an array of sauces with now my regular fix coming from Dave’s Insanity / Ultimate Insanity sauce… I have some ‘Da Bomb’ Beyond Insanity which is pretty fiery but I need reach the pinnacle. I have read some hot sauce blogs out there but cant find the ultimate, definitive answer. There is a lot of talk about Blair’s 16 million reserve, but its not actually a sauce… The Source (pictured above) has a ‘reputation’ but what is the answer to a pouring mega-hot sauce…

So, this is open invitation to tell me the hottest sauce in the universe. What do you think?
